I have CRM 2015 On Premise, Exchange 2013, Outlook 2013 Client, CRM 21015 on Prem for Outlook. Extremely frustrating to use Set Regarding and associate to a CRM Account and never know how long it will take to synch the email to CRM. Several hours go by in some cases, other times it is a few minutes. Are there setting that control how frequent synching occurs?
