I'm a total newbie in this kind of work. But I hope you can just answer my question.
I'm not looking for the big solution. Just an idea, if something is possible.
We're using CRM Online and Visual Studio (also online). Is it possible to make a case in CRM, which is linking to a specific incident in Visual Studio?
If my queation is not clear or has been put in the wrong filter, then please let me knoe, and I'll move it.
