CRM2013 SP1 UR3 - database version not updating (6.1.3.119)

Hello,

We download and installed UR3 for CRM 2013 SP1 (OnPrem) and are having an issue where the database version remained at 6.1.2.112 rather than updating to 6.1.3.119. The application version updated as expected.

We had previously tested this on our test server without issue, both the application and database versions updated as expected. Has anyone else had this issue? Thoughts to fix it?
