I'm currently testing the upgrade from O2013 ProPlus to O2016 ProPlus for when it starts to roll out this month.
Upgrading seems to be fine, however we use the 2015 CRM client for Outlook on over half of our users installs of Office... When upgrading to 2016, the CRM URL and Organization information is lost, forcing the user to reconfigure CRM for Outlook via the Dynamics Configuration Wizard - which the users do not know how to do...
Has anyone been able to upgrade O2013 to 2016 without breaking the CRM plugin config? Or have you found a way to migrate/retain the CRM settings?
