I have couple of questions on Exchange server side integration.
1. When we are trying to integrate CRM with Exchnage server, what credentials do we have to use for authentication? Our exchange team not willing to impersonate our service account. What are our other alternatives?
2. As per our business requirement, emails should be send outside and inside of our environment. How can we send email from "service account" instead of individual account. For example, we have a workflow. when records goes to next stage, we have to inform Team/user the status of the record.
