Im trying to install the crm 2013 outlook client on a users machine - running into a problem where it cant find Outlook installed - it definately is.
I've tried a few things like removing the runonce key, tried both versions of the outlook client tried extracting the files to somewhere other than the desktop.
But none of this seems to be finding the outlook program.
The office version is office 2016, which i use myself and have the crm client on.
Any help greatly appreciated.
