Hi Everyone
have created and published a knowledge base article in CRM. When I access the portal and search for knowledge base articles I can never find the knowledge base article. I have tried searching by the knowledge base article ID, the title, the keyword, and words in the knowledge base article.
I have searched through this site and the documentation and have found any additional steps needed to associate the knowledge base search in the portal with the CRM knowledge base articles. but this has not worked below is the link I used
