Hi,
I have setup the email router with an incoming and outgoing using pop3 and smtp.
I have enabled the mailboxes in CRM and then setup the deployment on the router.
When I run the test for outgoing and incoming it succeeds.
When I send an email from CRM to a contact the email is sent but when I respond the email appears in the mailbox but does not reflect in CRM.
When I first setup the mailbox all emails from the mailbox come into CRM but all subsequent emails do not.
Anybody experience this before or have any ideas for troubleshooting?
