I have set up a game in FST and when I have gone into CRM to set up the Sales Metric Parameters, the 2 entities I need to configure are not in the "type" drop down:
Leads
Opportunities
All that is recorded in Type is:
Appointment
Campaign Activity
Letter
Phone Call
Service Activity
Is there any way to get Leads and Opportunities available in this drop down?
