We have 2015 online, and I have a rdl report that's I've previously created (by changing an OOB report), and I now need to add a column and another data field to the report. The report formatting is good (text tables, logos, footers, etc), so I'm trying just to add a column and data field to the report, and can't get it to work. I don't have a view (only a report), my plan was to simply add the column & data, but I don't want to recreate the formatting. I'm using visual studio 2010, and I'm sure there's an easier way than rebuilding the report, but I'm not sure.
Any help will be appreciated. I'm new to the fetchxml/sql/server side, so I'm likely to ask some very simple questions. Thanks in advance.
