I'm confused right now due to the different info I found about the Licensing for CRM online.
I checked the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Licensing and Pricing Guide December 2015 - Final.pdf for the explanation of the difference between the licenses, but on the web I find other information.
Guide says:
Essental License - require access to activities management, feeds, custom applications, accounts, contacts, and reading knowledge articles.
Basic License- need access to basic CRM functionality such as accounts, contacts, leads, reporting and dashboards, Interactive Service Hub, and case management.
I conclude that Essential only provide access to accounts and contacts , while the Basic extends this with leads and the reporting behind these.
On the www, I found nothing that says Essential includes access to Accounts and Contacts, only custom applications or entities.
Can someone confirm if the Essential includes access to Account and Contact information?
