We are seeing users who are using the CRM plugin for Outlook that are experiencing frequent crashes and the Outlook plugin disabling itself. These same users are also generating errors on the Exchange server of Event ID 9646, stating that the Mapi session is exceeding the maximum objects of type 'Folder'. I have tried increasing this number in the registry but they continue to exceed the maximum. Is there a way to disabled the "Navigation" section of the plugin and only leave the Email options (i.e. Set Regarding, track email, etc.) enabled?
