CRM 2013 Asyncoperation from Locked to Ready state.

Hi All,

I have one Async workflow enabled on entity status change.

Now, Somehow yesterday, while changing the status of that entity async request went in some how in Locked state.

Do you know reason behind it to go in Locked state instead complete the operation.How to those all requests in ready state by theat all workflows could process.
