Hi, the out-of-the-box duplicate detection rules seem very limited. I m on Microsoft Dynamics 2015 Online.
It seems if I have multiple fields for emails or phones I can't cross check all of them if they are an exact match.
E.g field1 of contact1 could be the same as field2 of contact2 then it would be a duplicate.
The CRM only lets me create a rule that checks field1 on both contact1 and contact2 if it is a match.
Is there a solution for this? Maybe a custom plugin/workflow that is out there?
