New CRM Megu Menu Navigation - Available On Premise 2015?

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know if the new navigation with the drop down mega menu vs. the 2013 type navigation is available for On Premise for CRM 2015 or do we need to upgrade to 2016 to receive this?  It doesn't look like the Update 1 is available for On premise, only 0.2.
