Outlook Emails tracked in 2 environments

I'm using CRM For Outlook to track emails in production environment. However, a copy of the Email is also created in Sandbox as well.

The regarding in the Sandbox is not set since the parent record does not exist.

Also, these records in Sandbox are created by the ownership of SYSTEM and not any particular user.

What must be triggering this?
