Cannot open Case unless Contract is shared with

I have activated Access Teams on Case entity as i need technical people to access the ticket & working well.

But if the "Case" is linked to a "Contract" it displays: "Access is denied" for them where they cannot access it unless the "Contract" is shared with them, knowing that the contract info may be Confidential & should not be viewed by anybody.

Please Advice
