We are in evaluation stage to move the existing CCA based solution to USD and facing a challenge upfront. In current CCA application when a User clicks on the application name they get a small splash screen which is a custom screen which asks for which Role they would want to access the application along with the telephony Type [Inbound agent or Outbound agent]. All of this information comes from CRM. Post they select this the CCA screen opens up where they can do a routine customer search manually or wait for incoming call [CTI Integration].
We want to have same application behave the same way even post USD migration. Is this doable ? Also we do not want user to see default USD splash screen and default USD login screens in the beginning. All they would see is the custom splash screen and based on the information selected USD will launch completely and splash disappears.
