CRM Case Owner gets automatically assigned

I have setup a queue with a Team as the owner. The Team has 2 members.

When the email is sent to the queue, it automatically assigns a user as the Owner of the Case.  This user is one of the team members.

How do I stop this from happening as I want the team members to receive an email first that a new case has been created and then 1 of them will accept the Case who would eventually own it.
