The "S" problem with CRM 2016 Web Api...

Hi Techies

Found a weird behavior of CRM 2016 new Web APIs. If my entity name is ending with "s" (ex: xxx_options, xxx_settings) then my  web API Url (http://abcdServer/xyzOrg/api/data/v8.0/xxx_optionss) to retrieve records is not working and failing with 404 error.

Is this what is expected or some sort of bug in the web api it self.. Any one experienced this behavior ?
