I'm about to lose it, MS Support is the worst, apparently having an SA agreement does not let one make phone calls for help. Nor can I request support over the web.
I am doing a migration style upgrade of CRM 2013 (production) to CRM 2015 (Dev). I have stood up a new dev CRM 2015 server, and a new dev SQL server. There is a distinct lack of step-by-step instructions on how to properly, deal with the databases. Do I delete the org database that was created on install, so I can restore the 2013 org DB? or do I restore over the top of it? Will schema changes affect the import?
I just need instructions on something I would think would be a simple process. but there's just no clariety in the form of MS documentation.
