How to make some Accounts Global visibility

Say, we have accounts read visibility set to Parent/Child BU

In  this case, on an opportunity, when you select Account look-up, opportunity owner can only see accounts from his parent child BU. How can we make a subset of accounts have global visibility, so that they are visible in the look-up in the case above?
