When you view /Print a Quote their is an option to email as a link - but that can only be seen by another CRM user - obviously not a customer. Given CRM creates the quote, knows the customer, knows the contact and links with Outllook SURELY you could send/email Quote as an attachment BUT no option appears.
So you have to
1. Save quote as pdf in your PC hard drive or in One drive
2. Open Outlook then compose new email, typing in all the reference data ie, subject, company, contact
3. Attach your saved pdf,
4. Set Regarding the email to the CRM quote refrence or company and
5. SEND.
WOW - You don't reckon that doesn't make salespeople LOL (laugh out loud)- (and not in a good way towards the product) during CRM training.
Is there a way or a setting to have this functionality? - hopefully not an add on we have to buy or develop?
