Pleasant day. I just would like to ask a few things regarding distributing emails from CRM.
1. What is the maximum number of emails that can be sent from CRM which are part of a campaign/campaign activity? We are using CRM 2016, Office 365 - Exchange Online. I have seen an article that says 1500 was the maximum for Exchange Online but not sure if this was still applicable as the article was created on 2012.
2. How can we avoid that the emails we have distributed will not go to the junk/spam folder of the recipient? Do you have any tips or list of references/best practices to follow?
