Create form after refresh

Hello,

I have an incident in this case :

- Open the form of creation of a new custom Entity "asip_prisedecontact"

- I save the form

- I refresh the page in the browser

- Expected : The system open the entity just created. Actual : The system opens a new creation form.

How to set the system to not open new creation form on refresh of the page ?
