Hello,
I need help on how to configure a workflow, so an email is sent when an opportunity changes from one process category to another within a business process.
In other words the email has to be sent when a business process changes category.
I've been unable to configure a workflow for this, apparently the workflow scope doesn't interact to the business process category...
Any ideas?
