Hello
I am trying to login to Unified Service Desktop client, to an installation of Dynamics CRM 2015, on-premise.
I have filled following credentials in USD interface:
but i am getting following error:

I also tried following way of putting the username:
but got following error:
The credentials and domain name i am using here are the ones i use for accessing CRM web-application.
For more detail of my installation:
- Installation is on the same Network.
- CRM server is accessible via RDP.
- It is a vanilla CRM installation.
- Only CRM installation related configurations are performed, no other config is done (not sure if anything else is required to run USD)
What can be possibly wrong and do i need to configure something on CRM server specific to USD?
