Microsoft Dynamics CRM Marketing Tab (track email bounce back)

We are currently using the Microsoft dynamics crm 2013 online version. If i send an email campaign from the CRM system, would i be able to track the email which have bounced back?

Also, it would be helpful if a link is provided for the differences between the following modules :

1. Microsoft Dynamics CRM (marketing tab): 
2. Microsoft Dynamics Marketing 
3. Click Dimension (Add on which can be integrated with our current CRM system)

we are in the process of selecting the best module.
