We recently upgraded to from 2015 UR 0.2 to 2016.
Since upgrading, when an Order is marked as "Fulfilled" by our order processing team, it is now being marked as "Fulfilled" and now also showing as "Read Only" in the yellow bar at the bottom of the page. Accounts can no longer select the "Create Invoice" button as it displays an error "The object cannot be updated because it is read-only".
This was working perfectly up until the 2016 upgrade.
