The above error occurred when I tried to open Product family hierarchy while belonging to different Business unit other than root.
The product family hierarchy opens without any issue if the logged in user belongs to root Business unit .
Issue observed in CRM 2015 Online .
Does anyone have any clue of this issue please ?
