We use Office 365 CRM Online 2015 and we want to upgrade CRM Online 2016 , When will we see upgrade on the Office 365 Portal ?
Yesterday night we got Online Service Update 4 for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online 7.1.1 (7.1.1.4456) for CRM 2015.
Microsoft Support Engineer said you will see in 15.02.2016 on the Office 365 portal , but still I can't see any upgrade message.

Issue Definition: Hakan wants information regarding the CRM 2016 scheduling calendar for his CRM online organization
Scope Agreement: The case will be considered resolved once we help you with the information regarding the CRM 2016 scheduling calendar for your CRM online organization (unless not supported customization or design limitation). Once this is done the case will be closed.
Resolution: Scheduling calendar will be available on 15th Feb 2016 tentatively post that you can choose and approve the closes date which is available.
