Phone Call Report Filtering for "Call To" Related Info

I'm trying to create a report shows phone calls for certain types of contacts. The regarding field is set for the company while the "call to" is the contact. I'm not seeing any capabilities to filter for data associated with the "call to" lookup entity - the contact in this case. Am I missing something? Why isn't this field available for reporting?
