CRM -15 - Excel Export

Hi,

Can you help us;

1. I exported (Outlook client) dynamic Excel sheet
 

2. After that the scandinavian characters was right in the Excel but when I updated the data from "Update from CRM" -button, the scandinavian characters changed to quoestion marks.
