I've done some research on microsoft page and some blogs and I didn't find answer for my question. I work on CRM 2015 on-premise using server side-sync. I'd like to know, precisely, which emails are synchronized and which are not. I'm facing 8 diffrent scenarios:
1. I send email from CRM to a client. Will it show up in CRM and Outlook?
2. I receive email from client in response to email sent from CRM. Will it show up in CRM and Outlook?
3. I send email from Outlook to a client. Will it show up in CRM and Outlook?
4. I receive email from client in response to email sent from Outlook. Will it show up in CRM and Outlook?
5. I send email from CRM to an another user. Will it show up in CRM and Outlook?
6. I receive email from user in response to email sent from CRM. Will it show up in CRM and Outlook?
7. I send email from Outlook to a user. Will it show up in CRM and Outlook?
8. I receive email from user in response to email sent from Outlook. Will it show up in CRM and Outlook?
