Hi,
I have a test instance that only a few users can access. I control this with a security group and have previously given access to users with no issues.
I have just added a user (with CRM access, security role etc.) to this security group assuming they will have access to the test instance. However, when they sign in to Dynamics they don't see the instance picker, it just takes them straight to the normal CRM instance.
Why is this happening?
