web based CTI adaptor in MS Dynamics USD

Hi,

I'm having web-based CTI adapter which is working with Cisco Finesse server.

Now, we are trying to integrate the web-based CTI adapter with MS Dynamics 365 USD.

Is it possible to integrate the external web-based CTI adapter MSD USD?

so far had gone through the MSD USD docs and i could see we may need to develop app to work with USD. Is something i'm missing here?

I want my web-based CTI adapter to work with USD without major code changes. Is this possible?
