Hi,
I'm trying to sync my web client appointments to my Outlook. The opposite is working fine; when I create an appointment in outlook it's automatically shown in the CRM.
This is my configuration settings:
When i click on the "Synchronize to CRM" button in outlook, either nothing happens or I get a window saying "checking for changes" and it takes forever to load. I tried adding synchronization filters to limit my Contact filters to retrieve a single contact and the appointments to retrieve all appointments owned by my user. I clicked on "Synchronize to CRM" again and still the same results, either nothing happens or the window shows and tries to retrieve thousands of contacts (all fail to be retrieved).
I know there could be more than a single issue here, but I would appreciate if you can get me on the right track to troubleshoot this.
