Hi - I have searched and searched and I am coming up empty.
Out of the box, can an appointment be setup in CRM, add a contact and then have that go directly to the contact as a regular meeting invitation? Ideally, I want it to operate exactly like a normal meeting invitation does from Outlook. Is that possible? I have learned this might be a language issue, needing to distinguish from a CRM 'appointment' vs. a 'meeting'.
