I am having MSCRM 2015 On-premise installed.
On production server when i am trying to add product line into the opportunity the lookup more records not searching the records.
The above screen is from the UAT server. there it's searching the records.
But the same thing is not being search from the MSCRM production area.
why this is so i am unable to get it.
