Some users have reported that if they launch Excel by double-clicking an Excel (Dynamic Worksheet) file, the CRM add-in will not load and they are unable to see the Refresh from CRM button. But, if they open Excel via the Start menu (or Quick launch toolbar) the add-in loads fine. What could be causing this and how can it be resolved?
