Does anyone have any ideas about porting reports from Dev, Test and Live systems?
The problem we face is that when we create a report using SSRS, the connect string lives within the the report. If we develop this on our test system it will have a connection to the Development system. Now if we want to move this to Test, we need to save a new version of this report with the Test connection string and so on for the Production system.
Are we missing a trick or is this a problem most people face?
