Combined Columns in Views

HI CRM community,

I would like to know if its possible to combine two columns in a view and how to go about it?

For instance, if you have a the OOB company name in a leads form and a look-up into existing Accounts, therefore either field is populated(not both ), would it be possible to display either of these fields into one column in a view?
