Hello,
I am using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online 2015.
Please consider below scenario for this query.
1. There are 3 BUs defined for one Organization Tenant as below.
- Root BU
- BU A
- BU B
2. Now, question is I want to manage System administrator for all these BUs as they are different.
- User Root - System Administrator and access to all BUs
- User A - System Administrator and access to only BU A
- User B - System Administrator and access to only BU B
3. User A can manage the system and not able to see anything from BU B.
4. User B can manage the system and not able to see anything from BU A.
5. User Root, User A and User B are global admin in Office 365, so system is not allowing me to remove System Administrator Role of Root BU from CRM.
Please suggest, how can I manage this with different System administrators.
