We are using CRM 2015 (Update rollup 1.1) and outlook 2013 (15.0.4569.1506).
When we are doing mail merge with outlook client enable. we receive the following message from exchange server:
Remote Server returned '554 5.6.0 STOREDRV.Submit.Exception:TextConvertersException; Failed to process message due to a permanent exception with message data truncated TextConvertersException: data truncated'

- Mail merge as HTML > Error message
- Mail merge as plain text > sent successful
- Mail merge as attachment > sent successful
- Mail merge with CRM outlook client disabled for HTML, plain text and attachment > sent successful
