I am an Office 365 Concierge Ambassador and while assisting a client was asked the following question, " Can you provide me with a breakdown of what is occupying my online CRM Storage?" The customer advised that she has received this information before however after researching and reaching out to peers as well as QMs I was unable to locate any way for me to provide such a report. Could someone tell me who and/or where this information can be obtained? They are able to see a simple breakdown with percentage but it is not as granular as we report that was provided before. They are unable to locate the email that the old report was sent from unfortunately. Hopefully someone will be able to help. Thanks in advance.
