Hi ,
I wanted to add hyperlink to record URL in an email template.
in order to do so i have created a workflow which (on create of record ) stores the record URL in a field of type URL.This field i have added to my email template,however it is displayed as plain text.
i have tried anchor tag<A>,hyperlink tag<Hyperlink> but i am still not able to convert it into hyperlink as anything after the dynamic field is displayed as it is.
i am using online CRM .
please help
