Hi ,
I have a problem with set email router to synchronizing appointments, contacts, and tasks to one of the users (the first one I try ) .
I do successes to sync incoming and outgoing e-mails .
About the appointments, contacts, and tasks. I get an error :
“The mailbox (CRM User) has been disabled for synchronizing appointments, contacts, and tasks due to unknown error. The owner of the associated email server profile (Profile Name) has been notified”.
I saw on the web that roll up 2 should solve it .
But this customer already have a 6.1.3.119 version .which is much more new .
please help !
