Hi All,
When I attempt to send sales literature through the CRM by selecting a recipient and hitting send, the email appears in my Outlook outbox and sends shortly after.
When I attempt to send a template email via email within Campaign Activity, it allows me to create the email but it does not appear in my Outlook. There is also an alert saying that the mailbox needs server side sync setup.
Is this something I need to do given individual emails go through my personal Outlook on the client side?
I was wondering if it was because the emails are trying to be sent from a system mailbox but not sure.
Anyone able to give some guidance?
