Hello!
I am a student that recently started studying MS Dynamics and I have a problem that I can't solve. I want to create a sales score that gives the users 1 point if they close an opportunity as lost and 5 points if they close an opportunity as won.
I have began to look at business processes and thinking that it somehow could work to do a workflow. Perhaps an custom step? To give values depending on how opportunities are closed.
Since this is a part of my education I don't want the whole solution, but perhaps a hint in what direction I should look. The problem is that our teacher is a substitute for our real teacher and he isn't very good at MS Dynamics.
Anyway, if someone have some idea how to point me in the right direction, I would be thankful!
