Hi Everyone
Got the Scenario where a Case is set to Pending Closure and then a task called Manager Review is created, I want this go into the Queue of the Users Team so the manager can review and close it. However when i try to add Create Queue item (set to Manager Review & Owning User Team) i get an error - what am i doing incorrectly?
